We understand a few users are experiencing an issue connecting their wallets at the moment, and our developers are looking into the issue.

When connected properly you should see your wallet address at the top left of the page, but if it says undefined...undefined there has been an issue and your balance/stakes will not show.



Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Try these steps one at a time, seeing if any help your wallet to connect. If you're stuck on a mobile, scroll down to the Mobile section.

On a computer with Metamask Extension:

1) Switch MetaMask network

Change the network in MetaMask from Ethereum Mainnet to Ropsten and back again.

2) Hard Refresh
Press CTRL/CMD+F5 a few times to hard refresh the page.


3) Clear data
If the above didn't work, right-click anywhere on the page and click Inspect.

The 'Inspect element' tool will open. Go to the Application tab, make sure you're under the Storage menu and click the Clear Site Data button.

4) MetaMask reset

You can quickly and easily reset MetaMask. Make sure you have your Seed Phrase safely written down before doing this. You won't need it now, but it's good to have it.

Click on the Profile icon > Settings > Advanced > Reset.

This may not seem like it does anything, but it does fix many problems with Metamask, such as transactions not reaching the blockchain.

5) Backup staking platform

If none of the above have helped the issue, please try our backup staking portal at https://backup.axion.network

On a Mobile Device with the MetaMask app:

1) Refresh

Presuming you are accessing the staking platform from the browser built into the MetaMask app - Press the three dots at the bottom right and Refresh. Try this a couple of times.

2) Switch MetaMask network

Change the network in MetaMask from Ethereum Mainnet to Ropsten and back again.
